By attending any event relating to an invitation received in connection herewith, your presence at such event confirms your consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded. Such recordings may appear and be used in any and all media, worldwide in perpetuity, for any purpose whatsoever by Kennedy, its affiliates and/or the client for which the event is hosted and/or its affiliates, licensees and assigns (together, the “Parties”). Further, by responding to such invitation, you confirm such consent and agree to release the Parties from any liability arising from your appearance in any related footage and grant the Parties the right to use your name, voice and likeness in photographs and recordings in all media worldwide in perpetuity.
